Who is Infinity Group Health?
Infinity Group Health, Inc. a medical and non-medical home healthcare agency was established in 2022 by founder Nicole Williams, who was inspired by the challenges faced by individuals caught in the socio-economic "gray area." These are vulnerable people who find themselves struggling to maintain their healthcare due to housing instability and chronic health ailments.
Serving the Dallas, Texas area, Nicole Williams, motivated by a passion to address these overlooked gaps, focused on reducing hospital readmissions while improving care outcomes for people who are able to receive care in the comfort of their own homes. Today, Infinity Group Health strives to be a leader in humanitarian efforts on a national and global level.
In 2025, a focus on Medicare education was launched by Infinity Group Health with the introduction of dedicated Medicare Agents who are able to serve Medicare eligible recipients throughout several states.

Our job is to ensure that our members live long, dignified lives full of purpose even as they are transitioning to various stages of their lives. Housing
Our housing initiatives offer shared living arrangements to combat homelessness to individuals who are priced out of the market. Everyone deserves a safe, stable place to live, and we are committed to making this a reality for those in need.

Assistance with ADL's
Light Housekeeping
Coordination of Services with Healthcare providers
Coordination of Transportation to Doctor's Appointments and more
Healthcare and Medicare
We have dedicated Healthcare Consultants who focus on ensuring you have access to healthcare benefits such as Medicare. They will analyze health plans and assist you with selecting the health plan that best suits your care needs.
In addition, our House Call Physicians ensure that practice preventive healthcare maintainance once per month or as needed. No need to go to the doctor's office when they can come to you! X-rays, labs and more can all be done from the comfort of your home.
Case Management/Advocacy
Our approach focuses on fostering resilience and independence, equipping individuals with the
skills and knowledge they need to thrive. Through our partnerships with outreach programs that provide educational workshops and personalized guidance, we help community members navigate challenges and develop sustainable solutions for
their lives.
